Check-In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will give you time to check in, fill out any requested forms and relax prior to your service beginning. If you arrive late, we might not be able to extend your treatment time so the next guest will not be delayed.
Children
For the safety of your children, children are not allowed in the spa rooms during treatment.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day and see the joy that we can bring with our work. We can promise you that we will give you our absolute best. To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% retainer due at the time of signing. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received. Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of the wedding, date change.
Gift Certificate's
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 262-719-4298 or you may contact us below. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We can email or we will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
