Cancellation Policy 

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Should an emergency arise or something beyond your control come up please call

The following policies help to reduce the number of last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and/or no-shows for appointments. This gives us time to fill the spot which benefits both the service provider and the people wanting to get in and off our waitlist.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment & Cancellation Policy At SKIN 360 Spa & Beauty,

Your appointment time is reserved just for you! To provide the best experience for every client and protect our small business, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us time to offer your spot to another client on our waitlist.

Late Cancellations: Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.

No-Show Appointments: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service.

 

Why this matters: Last-minute changes leave time that can’t be filled, directly impacting our small business and other clients hoping to get in. In fairness to all of our clients, we do our best to honor everyone’s time equally. Because of this, our cancellation policy is gently but consistently enforced.

Card on File: A card is required to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged unless the policy is broken.

 

Removing your card on file automatically cancels your appointments.

 

Running Late, We understand life happens! If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule. Full service pricing still applies.

 

Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you’re experiencing an emergency, please reach out. We will always do our best to handle situations with care and understanding. 📞 Call/Text Shannon: 262-719-4298

Wedding & Group Cancelation:

Please refer to your contract for the full cancellation policy.

Weddings - 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your special day,

Should you need to cancel your event, a 90-day cancellation is required. Anything less will result in an outstanding balance.

Group Packages & All Spa Parties Booked outside the spa:

48-hour notice for group and package bookings is required for all package and party cancellations.  I reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.

Allergy & Special Need Policy

Please notify our staff before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, are pregnant, or have any allergies or sensitivities that need to be made aware of.

Failure to notify the spa ahead of time of an allergy may result in a reschedule of your appoitment.​

 

 

All spa guests will be asked to complete a new client form prior to your appoitment. All forms will be e-mailed.
