Cancelation Policy 

Cancellation Policy: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

     

 

  • 1st Time No Show – It’s on us! No worries… We all get busy and forget.

  • 2nd Time No Show – 50% due. We’re sad you missed your appointment.

  • 3rd Time No Show – 100% due. We missed you! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee will apply.

     

  • As a courtesy, we will call or text you and confirm your service appointments one-two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the no show fee.

  • 48-hour notice for group and package bookings is required for all package cancellations.  We reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.

NO SHOW POLICY:

 

  • We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

  • Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session but will receive a pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.

  • Please notify our staff before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

  • All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
