Cancelation Policy 

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Should an emergency arise or something beyond your control come up please call

The following policies help to reduce the number of last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and/or no-shows for appointments. This gives us time to fill the spot which benefits both the service provider and the people wanting to get in and off our waitlist.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Monday – Friday, A 24-hour notice is required for all cancelations or schedule changes. Late cancelations or reschedules outside the spa’s cancelation policy will result in 50% of treatments scheduled.

 

Weekend & Holiday Season ( Nov-Dec) Cancelation Policy:

A 48-hour notice is required for all cancelations or schedule changes. Late cancelations or reschedules not within the spa’s required notice will result in 50% of the services booked.

 

No Call - No Show

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

 

A credit card or gift certificate is required to book appointments. Your Card is not charged! A credit card hold is used to reserve your appointment and is subjected to the spa’s cancelation policy.

 

Wedding & Group Cancelation:

Please see your contract for a full cancelation policy.

Wedding’s - 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your special day,

Should you need to cancel your event a 90-day cancelation is required. Anything less will result in the balanced owed.

Group Packages & All Spa Parties Booked outside the spa:

48-hour notice for group and package bookings is required for all package and party cancellations.  I reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.

 

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session but will receive a pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time unless the service can be performed without running into another client’s appointment.

When possible please use the restroom prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please notify our staff before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, are pregnant or have any allergies and sensativites that need to be made aware of.

All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
